At Keystone Realty & Management, we strive to help ensure mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of our Home Owners and Tenants. It’s imperative that ALL of our tenants fully understand and acknowledge our animal-related policies. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process in regards to animals. There are three categories for this screening; tenants that have pets, tenants that do not have pets, and tenants that require an assistance animal. This quick and easy process ensures we have your animal-related policy acknowledgments, animal history and records, and legal verification of truthfulness and accuracy on file. For Tenants with Pets, the Pet Deposit is $250 for the first pet, and $100 for each additional pet and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Additionally you will be required to pay a monthly pet rent. This fee ranges from $20 to $30 for the first pet, and $10 to $20 for each additional pet. This fee will be determined once the Animal Screening/Verification is completed, there is no fees for legitimate Assistance Animals.
