Melissa Crabtree
Property Manager, Owner
Locally owned and operated. Broker/Owner is Melissa Crabtree - she has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. Melissa started her career in property management as an unlicensed assistant. She enjoyed working with customers, clients, buyers, sellers and owners so much that she decided she wanted to become a licensed Real Estate agent. After getting her license what was a part-time job quickly became a full-time career.
In 2009 in response to the belief that the high service levels associated with real estate were lacking in the rental world, Melissa opened Keystone Realty & Management. Unlike many competitors, Melissa opened a company solely based on a need for superior service in the rental market. She has spent time since opening building her business and the team that makes Keystone Realty & Management an award winning local company.
