Are you licensed?
Yes! Property Managers are licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm. Our phone system is set up to accept emergency calls after hours. Additionally our property managers can be reached via email at manager@keystonerealtyandmanagement.com -
How and When are owner funds disbursed?
Disbursements are processed by the 10th of each month via direct deposit into your account. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! Keystone Realty & Management is a full service Property Management company, we can help with selling or purchasing as well. -
How is rent collection handled?
Residents are able to pay via check, certified funds, or utilizing their online resident portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically do standard 12 month lease terms, but other options are available based on your needs. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security Deposits are equal to one months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately! Once a management agreement is signed, we can schedule to get photos and begin advertising the property for the date you choose. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We are proud to manage single family homes, multi-family complexes, residential communities and commercial properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We process owner statements monthly, but also have an online portal for you to run reports or access your information 24/7.
